Jason probably takes this. He 's a bullet dodger. Frank's never been that agile, and he's getting old. In hand to hand Jason's training puts him ahead of Frank's abilities too.

But I would say they are about equal in hand to hand. It's too close to decide for me.

Bullet dodging is one thing, dodging bullets from an accomplished marksman is something entirely different. Batman can dodge or even deflect machine gun fire from fodder, but has admitted Deadshot can kill him if he felt like it but won't due to some subconscious reason. Same for Frank when Daredevil said Punisher could shoot him but that he pulls his shots on him.

Red hood for the win it be a fight and a good one frank is getting old he will eventaully run out of bullets when it gets to H2H red hood will win.

Yeah, I would say Red Hood is just a bit better than the Punisher in hand to hand combat. And yes, I agree with both of these posts.

He was put back in his prime by the Blood Stone, when he was brought back to life after FrankCastle. So he's essentially a guy with the experience of someone in his late 50's in the body of someone in their prime.
