Round 1 goes to frank,one i hate mother russia for killing colonel stars or stars and stripes because its movie version punisher is far better fighter in the sense both are military trained but frank is just better he has amazing pain intolerance feats against the russian from the 2004 movie alone he took out all his enemies without struggling mother russia was challenged by a little girl trained still little at that.
Round 2 Again punisher his fight with the russian alone puts him at a big level considering he was taken by surprise he used what was around him like tools on his work bench, in dirty laundry he kills gang members with a bottle of jack daniels which is epic while mother russia ambushed Sal Bertolinni And won due to a surprise attack and because Colonel stars and Stripes has a moral code And other than that she beat a few Featless Cops.
Round 3 The Punisher wins again what he did in his movie and the short film dirty laundry alone was damn epic,killing members with a bottle of Jack Daniels for one is Badass, Mother Russia Has no feats worth mentioning apart from being able to utilize strength against opponents who Are either dumb or are teenagers with training but in general hit girl hasn't really got any strength feats more acrobatics.
