Regulations:
- Win comes via BFR, incapacitation or knockout
- Morals apply
- Frank is armed with a pump-action shotgun, two stun grenades and a combat knife
- Jimmy is only allowed to use his bone-claws

Location:

- Unpopulated (fight takes place at 1 AM ET)
- Jimmy starts the fight in an upper-deck concession seating area, while Frank is in the centerfield bleachers.

Oh Yeah, the Punisher wins this one hands down and as far as reasons go, the guy's an experienced killer. Jimmy's an unexperienced nube with his claws or super fighting, I'm basically saying he's practically just a 16 year old. If Jimmy didn't take him out from the start with some kind of sneak attack, Jimmy's not gonna get this one or most super fights, maybe in a few years.
