Punisher vs Deathstroke 52

Both have 20 days to Prepare

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think I've actually seen Slade with any good prep feats (if any at all) in the New 52 while Frank has numerous showings. 20 days is quite a long time to prepare so I might actually say, with some hesitation, that Punisher gets the majority.

@thedandyman: Not if he doesn't get knowledge on Slade first.

Slade takes this imo.

Slade has shown the intellect to create an EMP in seconds and he has shown some decent tactical thinking. Despite the lack of prep feats in the new 52 he should be pretty good at it. Whether he would be good enough to out prep Frank is hard to say due to lack of showings I guess.

@frisky4: That's what I was wondering, I generally assume that battles with prep get prior knowledge unless stated otherwise. I'm not sure who it would go to without prior knowledge, quite possibly Slade.

Hmm, in a random encounter Slade would annihilate Punisher. But 20 days of prep for both sides makes this very difficult to call. I can't fathom what either would do with the prep.

I say Frank with a bit of bias. How about you?

I think I'll do with.......Frank due to prep conditions.

Deathstroke needs more impressive feats in N52, his edge in physicals aren't helping him here, Punisher is used to tagging meta-humans and have some serious prep feats, he is a great tactician. P52 Deathstroke would take this handily though.

I think with prep Punisher takes it 6.5/10. He's going to get stomped if it's a random encounter, but DS hasn't done anything in the new 52 to be put on par with Frank when it comes to prep
