Is cyclops better than frank in H2H? Doesn't frank have military training?

Punisher would definitely beat Cyclops.

Scott's extensively trained and good in H2H but lacks the showings to support HOW good he is. I think he is good enough to get some hits in, but Frank, besides his ruthless nature, is more skilled, more experienced, and more accomplished than Scott in both unarmed and armed combat.

I agree with this. Frank has better unarmed combat feats considering he stared Daken down with one arm....since the other was sliced off and plenty other parts of his body. Ba dump tsh.

The only things I would give Cyclops is agility. Otherwise, I think Frank has usually faced off against more established opponent, is more ruthless, and his damage soak is ridiculous.
