Punisher vs Butler (Artemis Fowl)

Both are exceptionally strong and well trained in martial arts and all kind of weapons. Punisher has lots of experience in fighting criminals, and Butler as a top criminal and bodyguard. Both are also very resourceful and tactically brilliant. Who will take in a fight among those two? I put my bets on Frank, but I'll be glad to some stronger arguments.

The thing about the universe Punisher hails from is that he's got a track record against metahuman foes that suggests he'd fare much better than Butler did against the troll that beat him to death.

I know the Punisher wins. But I would love to see a case made for Butler.
