Black Hood ( Red Circle Thomas "Kip" Burland nephew of the original GA Black Hood)
Fight takes place in a ghetto (back deserted streets)
Frank is armed with his Smith $ wesson 596 and an M60 ( with spare ammo). For the purpose of this fight he wares a kevlar vest he has a stolen motor bike.
Matthew is armed with his Pepperbox (six shot hand gun that fires armor piercing, grenades, gas grenades and incendiaries one shot at a time or all at once) with spare ammo. He wears his normal kevlar padded bike jacket but for this battle doesn't have on his bullet proof bike helmet (only the balaclava). He has limited ammo for his hood cycles machine guns and only one blast left from the flame thrower.
