Deathstroke tagging Flash is absurd, though. Frank tagging Spidey is impressive. Funny how relativity can do that. And as far as I know he does it all the time, haven't read it but seen it cited in a billion Punisher rumbles.
And yet Deathstroke has done it more times than Frank.
Probably the biggest challenge to Frank but I don't see him losing here. Round 6: Harley Quinn
killed by the Punisher.
Round 7: Cat Woman
killed by the Punisher.
Round 8: Poison Ivy
Frank carries way to many explosives on him grenades, C4, homemade napalm, etc. so I just don't see Ivy winning here.
Round 9:Mr Freeze
This fight reminds me of Punisher's fight against Stiltman.
Round 10: Ra's Al Ghul
Killed by Frank but puts up a good fight. Round 11: Joker
Way overrated and killed by Frank without much difficulty. Round 12: Bane(has venom)
If Frank was unarmed this seems like it would be very much like his fight with the Russian(human version not cyborg tranny version). With Frank being armed though he coasts through this fight.
@Joygirl: iirc. As well as the venom implants in the back of his head. As part of the super soldier program that spawned him, Bane also had armour plates implanted into his skull and various parts of his body to protect his brain and vital organs during combat.
That said, if Frank has his entire arsenal at his disposal, I think he walks this one.

But Flash does'nt move at light speeds all the time and Slade knows it.
30 min prep means they all have an idea who they're up against.
Entering battle with a simple gas mask should nullify Scarecrow's effectiveness.
A bullet will travel faster than Poison Ivy's vines. The bullet clears her noggin before any green even touches Frank's feet.
The rest are self-explanatory. Frank's easily as well armed as all other opponents, has shown promising prep capabilities, is tougher, meaner and ain't one bit shy of lethal methods. They'll learn right quick that this isn't Batman. There is no prison, no asylum, just a wooden box and a six foot hole.

With 30 minutes prep each day, Frank is able to clear this with flying colors :7. If its a random encounter each day, there might be a 50/50 chance of him ending the gauntlet.

Batman fights Grundy, Amazo, Superman, Green Lanterns, and a lot of Power Houses, and he has problems with a guy that varely lifts 2 tons (Bane)...
Azrael defeated Bane as Batman, and he did because he is like the Punisher, that reminds me what Jason did as the Red Hood, he captured the Joker, defeated Black Mask gang, etc, not because he was better than Batman, he did because he has no morals that could stop him, even James Gordon defeated Victor Fries...

Forgetting Rick Remender writing the Punisher acquiring a bunch of superhero and supervillain gear. The three Punisher series in the late 80's and early 90's had Microchip build Frank a ton of toys that would stomp everyone on that list. He had various robots that could clear this list without much difficulty and one of his battle vans alone would wipe the floor with everyone.

Booster, not Buster. He knows who the character but was pointing out how you butchered his name.
Batman fights Grundy because his power level fluctuates like crazy, Wildcat and Green Arrow have fought him as well, he fights Amazo when he has a team of superheroes backing him up or a watered down prototype, he fought Superman once and only won by tricking him out of his mind control. As far as Lanterns go he's jacked there rings but that's because rings aside the Earth Lanterns are mere humans that have no superhuman physical attributes.
It may seem ridiculous on paper but there are reasonable explanations when you think about em.

I read the first 3 issues of it and stopped before the Reign of Doomsday tie in, I enjoyed it but I've always been a Superboy fan so I could be showing some bias. It's definitely better than the last few issues of Teen Titans pre Flashpoint.
