Punisher vs Agent 47

They have both been eliminate a target named Jimmy Cleanbutt ( I made the name up ). They know nothing about this person and have to figure out everything themselves. Who kills the target first.

I think Punisher because agent 47 is too methodical and simply speaking will take too long.

On a side note just realized this is my thread from when I first made this account.
