Punisher(s) vs Deathstroke

Deathstroke with No Prep. Standard Gear. Pre 52.

Vs

Punisher 616, Punisher Max, Ultimate Punisher (with suit) with Standard Gear and 1 week prep.

Deathstroke must kill all 3 Punishers in their abandon Mega Complex.

Who wins?

No one?

Any restrictions with the prep? Are they allowed to use extra gear or are they limited here? And what are we considering standard gear (punishers gear sort of varies).

Oh and also do they begin visible or is are they hunting each other in the mega complex?

Would the three Punisher work together, or try to kill each other?

I see no reason why they would not work together. In fact they all have the same Moral Ideal.

@jashro44: Gear is Standard Militray Weapons they have used before and they would start out of sight. DS is hunting them (So he would be at the bottom) and the Punisher have prepped for him (So use your imagination there)

@cadencev2: I am a little uncertain. The numbers shouldn't be a big advantage for the team as slade has handled more formidable teams (both in terms of power and numbers). His equipment is probably better then there's, he is more skilled, and physically suepioer. His enhanced senses will also benefit him in a stealth setup. On the other hand though With one sided prep I feel like punisher has handled worst but I am having a hard time thinking of what kind of strategy they would use to win this (prep battles have always been tricky to me). The prep is a big edge and its probably there best bet. Could go either way IMO.

Of course I am mainly familiar with 616 punisher so I am kind of assuming the other 2 are generally around the level of 616. So I could be wrong.

Deathstroke would win these guys are to easy for him.

@jashro44: Ulitmate Punisher has a super suit that gives him the same stats as Ultimate Captain America.

Max Punisher has the insane Durability like 616 and is the number 1 killer in his world, easily out doing (in comparison) more realistic Special Forces.

@cadencev2: Is ultimate punisher as skilled as 616? If punisher max lives in a more realistic world then the mainstream marvel and DC I don't see him lasting to long if he hasn't faced established fighters. His pain tolerance can help but not if slade cuts his head off.

How did this become a real factor? In this scenario I stated they team up. Also Punisher has never shown to kill other like minded guys who kill only scum of the earth.

I got rid of all my Ultimate Punisher Scans.
