Could stop at 7 I suppose. 50ft is just far enough for Freeze to keep him at bay with his freeze gun I think. Not sure Frank could close the gap without getting zapped by Victor.

I want to say that he stops at Bane, but I know that won't happen. I say he stops at Poison Ivy.

All random encounters? I think he stops at Freeze, and if he gets past him, he definitely stop at Ivy (assuming he gets there).

Ummm....honestly scarecrow could stop him...hush probably stops him, and if he somehow manages to get past freeze, he stops at Ra's

The thing people forget about batman enemies ie they often lose to a guy whos biggest weakness is he won't kill them

Punishers been up against meta humans before (see the Russian) and has survived/won

And although ivy is deadly she's outdoors which instantly makes her powers lees effective, indoors she Coud poison the air quickly

Freeze will stop him. Definitely stops at Clayface. Kills the rest.

Frank should make it up to Ra's, who spanks him, but there are some guys he could probably beat after Ra's. It depends on his gear a lot, really.

Morals on for Punisher, isn't that very out of character? Anyway, since these encounters are random, I think he stops against Ra's but, Mr. Castiglione will definitely give him hell.

Stops at 7. Punisher destroys pretty much everything but it's tough seeing him get past Freeze.

I actually think he could clear. Honestly, he will probably have an easier time beating most of these characters then Batman does because he's willing to kill, and his skill with guns gives him a huge edge over almost every character he's facing.

I don't see him having a problem getting past Freeze. He shoots him in the head. I don't recall his visor being bulletproof, but I could be wrong, and Punisher is going to win in a gunfight IMO.

He also shoots Ivy in the head. Ivy is powerful, but a bullet to her head is enough, and Punisher isn't going to hesitate to do this as soon as the fight starts. Batman may have a harder time, but that's because he's not willing to do what Punisher has no issues with.

I think a big enough explosive is enough for him to get a win against Clayface, but this one could be where he loses.

HMM, heres the thing i would say Punisher clears if they started in random spots in city. But because there only 50 feet away, and visible, i see him either stopping at 7 or 9. Frank is more of a tactician and assassination specialist then straight up head to head. He might beat freeze, if he does he stops at Bane.
