ROUND 2 - Fight h2h. Punisher has a knife.

Round one should go to the Marvel team.

I feel sort of comfortable saying the Russian can solo round 2 with some difficulty.

Team 2

Round One - Batman and Bane ( btw Punisher nor the Russian don't have standard gear ).

Round Two - 5/10 for both rounds. We don't really know how the Russian would do against an oponent who knows that will be attacked and Punisher doesn't have any combat feats...

Round one goes to Marvel team, Punisher could potentially solo with his guns and marksmanship. Round two, Punisher has a knife and has decent combat feats with one so I say he can hold his own, especially since he's the only one armed. The Russian also has pretty insane damage soak given his high tolerance for pain, guy got stabbed in the shoulder and didn't react and was smacking Frank around with ease. Round two is tougher but I say the Marvel team takes it thanks to the Russian's damage soak allowing him to outlast team two.

Bump

Round 1: DC. Punisher vs Batman is kinda close since Punisher is a really good shot, but Batman has more impressive gear than Frank and has dealt with shooters before. Bane is faster than the Russian and hits harder than Frank does. The Russian won't tank those hits so easily.

Round 2: DC. Bane vs the Russian would pretty much go down the same way as round 1, and Batman has much better combat feats than Punisher.

Round 1 - Team 1. Bane gets shot right from the start. Punisher and The Russian teaming up on Batman.

Round 2 - Team 2. Russian has the durability edge against Bane but he is more skill and probably faster that The Russian. Bane win a majority and Batman is superior to Punisher.

Team 2 stomps both rounds.
