Iron Fist was knocking Colossus around years ago..and he can't beat Jen either...oh also,neither can Colossus.
i am kinda torn. i could see it going either way. if psylocke manages to use her katana to disrupt jen's nervous system then jennifer is defeated. and if jen lands any kind of hit then psylocke goes down.
Psylocke after she was ressurected easily takes the prize, she has been able to beat Sabertooth and Vargas after she was resurrected not to mention Slaymaster and Dark Beast. She can even hold her own against Wolverine and she killed Archangel in the danger room. Having Master Martial Arts skills and the fact that she can enhance her speed and strength using her TK not to mention the whole Psionic Sword and Psionic Shields, it was also once said she could crush mountains with her telekinetic abilitys. I have a feeling she would dodge most of she hulks slow attacks and even then if she-hulk hit psylocke im pretty she she could take it or use a shield. All she-hulk has is strength, psylocke has so many other ability's that boost her other abilitys and blahblah blah, she-hulk is simply over powerede by the mind. After all, Mind over matter right?
I could see this battle going either way. Psylock is a physical psychic and has crazy ninja skills but She Hulk has all the power and endurance she need to blow through her. X mansion is more Betsy's turf though so she has strategic advantage too. All depends on the details of the situation I guess.

She beated Vargas? didn't she die from him in the first place
@Charmix: It was after she was resurrected and after there trip to the savage land when she returned to the X-Mansion for the first time after being resurrected, she faced both of there Danger room forms on the highest level and beat them, right before Mojo (i think, or spiral) teleported into the danger room.

No way Ironfist can knock around Colossus currently. He was a teen and still developing. Ironfist is pretty good but not in the same league as Colossus. Colossus and Shehulk would be a battle. Don't count out Piotr. But this is Betsy vs Shehulk and with or without her TP, her TK and psykatana, plus her training as a ninja would make her a difficult target for shehulk to hit.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Hellion's TK more advanced than Betsy's now? He was recently able to control it at the molecular level to very good effect in X-Men Legacy 242 or 243 I forget. He can make a bubble and expand it in Shehulk. He wins vs her too.

Colossus and She-Hulk wouldn't battle.To be honest they aren't even comparable.She's stronger than him,she's faster than him,she's a better fighter,has healing factor..etc. Also I don't know what makes you think Iron Fist can't knock Colossus around.He's done it before at weaker levels and although Colossus has gotten stronger..so has Iron Fist.He can't beat Jen and Colossus and Psylocke can't either.
She-Hulk and every powerhouse always has the thunderclap.Psylocke can't dodge it and she won't be able to tank it either.

For all we know Rachel could have done most of the work though, It is a combined shield after all.Rachel should be powerful enough on her own to block a starship's attack.

Well, Exodus used his telekinesis to heal Xavier after he was shot in the head by Bishop. I doubt Hellion or even Psylocke could do that. That definitely shows telekinetic skill. "
