Psylocke: has all of her Mutant powers including her Psy blades, psy knife and telepath. Condition: Must be at view distance of opponent in order for her to use her telepathic powers offensively.

Katana: Has all her skills including her SoulTaker. Condition: she can not summon any souls from her soultaker for assistance, though she can still communicate w. them.

Location: abandon Dojo in Japan

Couldn't Psylocke just mentally attack Katana before she can even move? I mean the recent hypnosis Birds of Prey story kinda shows her lack of any kind of mental defenses.
