After her resurrection, creator Chris Claremont noted that, in addition to no longer having the use of her own telepathy, Psylocke is immune to all forms of psionic manipulation, even attempts at telepathic communication. This is a result of her brother Jamie's manipulation of the quantum strings that comprise her. She is also immune or at least highly resistant to other psionic-based powers like the Savage Land Mutate Vertigo's disorientation power or Nocturne's mind possessing abilities. Due to Jamie's alterations, Psylocke is also immune to any physical and mental alteration by beings who can radically restructure reality, such as Proteus. She can, however, still be killed in more traditional manners, such as being stabbed or shot. She is also at least partially resistant to magical manipulation. Psylocke is unable to alter or reduce her psychic immunity, or to undo any of the changes made to her by her brother. She also appears to be able to use her telekinesis to render herself invisible.

Betsy,she's immune to telapathy and her telekinetic power is probably stronger than Jean's after Jamie's increasing

Even with her upgrade Psylocke TK aint as strong as regular Jean Greys was, it just ain't Jean without the phoenix use to rival Xavier. Psylocke definantly wins the hand to hand battle though and if she can stay alive to dodge all the cars and bolders Jean is going to throw at her she can win. I say Jean wins, there is a reason Phoenix Force chose her.

Jean Grey for me. Her level may even go beyond even the manipulation of Jamie Braddock.
Jean without the Phoenix has defeated Psylocke in the Danger Room before the Legion Quest, she generated two psy-blade in her hands while fighting Elizabeth

Psylocke wins this one for me. Jean won't go down easy, but in the end Betsy will be too much for her.

When she was first discovered to be alive she lashed out against Bishop using TK and Rachel grey stated that Psylocke was on a level that not even she could match

Jean still wins. Her TK is more refined, and I believe, more powerful. She has years of experience and 1-to-1 training with Xavier.

@pixelized: yah but jean is not rachel right jean is stronger. thats why the phoenix force stays with jean she is the most powerful host of the force, even with out it. Jean is just more gentle than psylocke ,but her mastery covers all the tricks psylocke can do. She can absorb psylockes combat skills mentally and be on level with psylocke.

OK....If your taking into account Betsy being modified by Jamie---this all happend after Jean became one with the Phoenix inevitably making her the one and true host and technically the same as the phoenix, therfore, if you want to use a Jamie enhanced Psylocke then you have to use a Phoenix enhanced Jean. Regardless of whatever enhancements Betsy's been trumped up with Jean is living source of psionic energy and is the embodiement of both life and death, past and present and future, she is the eye of God, she basically brought Galactus into existence before she was physically born, she can null whatever enhancements Jamie placed on his sister. Jean wins hands down and even without the phoenix she has always been Betsy's superior. Another exmple, when Psylocke defeated the ShadowKing in Africa she had to trade powers with Jean because Jean was telepathically more capable of housing the Astral Plane locked Shadowking. Psylocke is overrated anyways.

jean is going to win but this is not fair since you are talking about psylocke at the height of her abilities so, you would have to use an amped up jean grey plus jean is more expirienced in her tk and jeans tk came back after the trade with her and psylocke and it was more powerful than before.

Jean Grey, Jean actually beat Psylocke without using her powers in the danger room. Jean is more powerful and she can handle her in a fight.
