Invisible woman is absurdly powerful. Physical attacks against her simply cannot work. Sue has also demonstrated the ability to manifest her constructs within the bodies of her enemies on multiple occasions. She's quite susceptible to mind control though. Betsy would have to successfully dominate her before being curshed, gutted or scrambled from within. Sounds like a toss-up to me. They might just kill each other simultaneously.
