No. He's immune to TP.

Infact he has a special counter vs Psychic that disables their power in a certain radius 0_0
Blood Shot stomps.
@god_spawn: I am unfortunately not to quick on whit. Is this in support of Psylock's natural skill in Close Combat? Or a reference of her powers will somehow affect Blood Shot?
@cadencev2: I was just making an obscure post for people to take in whatever they wanted from it. I actually decided to change it to a legitimate post. So just check the edit.

That certainly sounds like you!
@strider92: It does lol. But I switched it up. I think Bets should get some respect....and I don't think many people on this site have Psylocke scans to begin with.
@god_spawn: I agree. I made this thread because unlike most battles Psylocke can't pull an easy win via pisonics. She is most likely more skilled in combat than Bloodshot but Bloodshot is definitely more durable so I thought it would be a pretty good fight.

Most of my knowledge of Psylock was in the 90s Uncanny X-Men where she dies against Sabertooth.
God_Spawn and his (Ready for it?) mind games.
@strider92: And she's most likely to engage in physical combat anyway. She does a pretty good job of mixing her powers with her physical offense, but definitely prefers the former over the latter. I mean she was good enough to handle her own against a bloodlusted Wolverine (and I think she ends up winning, but I can't remember how the issue ends). I just have those scans of the fight on me and I know it was Psylocke: Kill Matsuo 4. And while I don't agree with how Daredevil was made resistant to psychic assaults like that, the melee aspect was pretty solid. Since she does have the edge on him in powers and is a very capable fighter herself and played to his morals.
Psylocke hardly ever uses her TP and TK in combat nowadays, and usually only as a coup de grace via psy-knife, so whether he can nullify her psionic abilities or not should be a non-factor. In a pure sword and h2h combat fight, if she's faster than him I feel she could take it.
@strider92: Oh, I see.
@cadencev2: Ba-dump tsh.
@ragdollpurps: She should her Psi- bow more often :P.
@god_spawn: Hopefully we'll see a lot more than just a psy-bow. :p On a newer cover for X-Men she's throwing a sai at Jubes, so it'd be cool if she made psionic ones. ^.^
@ragdollpurps: So she'll be using psi- sais? Sounds TOO ninja :P. But hey, Quire made a psionic shotgun so whatever lol.

She is indeed skilled enough to take down Bloodshot quite fast but the nanobots heal him even faster than the healing factor of X-23,so it would be an interesting battle but I think that eventually Psylocke would lose.
Psylockes only chance is telepathy , and Bloodshot is immune to it .
Bloodshot ftw .
She's got TK too, she could break his neck with TK. Anyway even if he is immune to direct telepathy, it doesn't mean that he is immune to her telepathic knife, it doesn't have a telepathic effect, it just shuts down someone's nervous system, so it's not a true telepathic attack, he may not be immune to it.
