Well Janemba could not actually kill the Phantom Stranger... I am not sure if his Reality Warping powers would be enough to defeat Phantom Stranger at all...

Possibly. Phantom Stranger is near Spectre in power level...

That sounds fairly strong. Would you say he is at a Celestial or Cosmic level? Isn't Spectre somewhat of a God in DC? I juts read up on him and PS.

Well the Spectre isnt God... he is just instructed by The Presence... but if The Presence fully powers Spectre... he can be basically unstoppable to only The Presence himself... with this said it had been stated on many occasions that the power of the Phantom Stranger is near a fully powered Spectre... and since a fully powered Spectre is basically a 2nd tier being ( having only The Presence and Lucifer being superior to himself )... it can easily be said that the Phantom Stranger is either near a Celestial's power level or on par...
