I believe he fought Spider-Man pretty much to a standstill in his first appearance (I could be wrong about that though. I read it a long time ago).

Also, Prowler admits he got lucky in their first fight.  Prowler recognizes Parker is too much for him.

This isn't the Ledger :-* 
 
But honestly, I forgot about that.  I placed him against Red Robin because they're both young and I thought Prowler's tech could compensate for Robin's superior skill.
