I can't figure out how to make the links just the characters names.
Both combatants have their standard equipment. They are both have 12 hours of prep time, and are given files on each other's skill and capabilties, plus extensive video of each other's fights. Their battle begins at midnight on the top level of a three-story parking garage. Victory is by KO or death. No incapacitation or BFR. Both combatants are in character, so they will use lethal measures only if nothing else works.
Prowler's abilities have me a bit more impressed (granted, I am not familiar with Night Thrasher). But I am open to anyone who can give me a few more in depth feats/abilities about him.
