His energy shields tanked a nuke at 1% power. Nothing Prophet and Chief pack in their arsenal would scratch that unless you gave John Promethean weaponry. Even then Iron Man would most likely win.

He has tanked punches from some high-tier characters before. Neither Chief or Prophet have the strength required to significantly injure Tony or the Iron Man suit.

Why in the movies after a battle his suit is torn up or on very low percentage. cause if those situations tear up the suit imagine prophet or chief caving in the helmet or the chest

Prophet and the GI Joe suit are nonfactors. It's really The Chief vs Iron Man, and Iron Man takes this. He breaks a sweat, but gets away relatively unscathed.
