Professor Zoom vs Doctor Who (TV Series)

The battle takes place in Marvel's Mojoverse; both characters have access to their full skills sets, equipment and moral compasses, and both have limited (one full second) prep time prior to the actual start of the fight to find out about their opponents and come up with strategies to defeat them. Who wins?

Doctor Who can't really die, so I think he takes this after a long battle.

Zoom.

Even CW's Zoom stomps. The Doctor has died 13 times (minus alternate universes) - he is far from unkillable.

But The Doctor 'dies' in the same way that Mister Immortal does. It's not a KO for him- and the current Doctor can apparently regenerate an unlimited number of times.

Unless the Doctor is hiding out in the Tardis - this fight ends with Zoom killing him 10/10.

But Zoom wins, Doctor would need 5 minutes prep to beat him.

So, what about The Doctor's ability to perceive the entire fabric of time, enabling him to discern all past, present and possible future events? Doesn't matter how fast you are- if your opponent knows exactly where you're going to be at any moment, then your speed can theoretically be countered. And given Zoom's underlying motive in the TV series, he definitely won't want to straight-up execute The Doctor from the outset. The TARDIS is his easy ticket back to the 25th century; and even if he commandeers it, the TARDIS can't be used without continued access to its power source, The Doctor's life force. Not disputing that Zoom wins; just saying that this isn't automatically a spite-level curbstomp.
