Well, Xavier is also Korean War veteran, but I'll give it to Alfred because Xavier didn't get to use his legs for decades.

Well Xavier was also in the military and a formidable athlete and martial artist. He was afterall the one who trained the X-Men how to fight. If Alfred is anywhere close to Cyclops in hand to hand, he might be a match for Xavier before he became handicap.

Alfred was in fact not Batmans Father!!! Batman never called him dad and Alfred always called Batman sir instead of son.

I didn't realize how much I wanted to see this fight until now. I think Alfred would win, but it would be pretty close and really awesome.
