Private military company vs Navy Seals
No prep
Fight takes place in Afgan
Both sides hab 6 Men
They start 200 Feet apart
Can the Mercs beat some of the best
depends on way to many factors from weapons, intel to who comprises the private military company.
if it is simply a matter of resources than U.S. wins they are able to escalate past what a private company can get it's hands in.
if it is a simple skirmish with both sides have equal weapons it becomes a toss up depending who comprise the private company military.
Depends on what PMC it is home slice... but more than likely the Seals win
But If they have this guy....
Then the PMC's don't stand a chance.... The most Badass of the Badass
He once body surfed behind a patrol boat while it was under attack in Viet-F******-Nam!
He later led a group of Seals known as the "Red Cell".... Their job was to "test base security"... our bases....
It's said when Demo Dick retired senior officers everywhere breathed a sigh of relief knowing Marcinko wouldn't come swinging through their window in the middle of the night.
you guys realize that their is no set personnel for the private company hence no idea who compromises them?
the video is amusing but not a deciding factor aside from the navy seals other military personnel are also given basic knife fighting training.
The Marines are also taught knife fighting termed bull dogging similar as the above only difference is they are not as enthusiastic as the guy who is hamming it up for the camera and some laughs.
if the Private military guys comprise random civilians than they lose if they are comprised of basic military personnel they lose.
if they are comprised of Marines grunts or recon, Army recon, or even Navy Seal that is an equalizer and possibly a game changer as well
I'm going to have to say SEALs win this probably. Maybe the PMC is made up entirely of Ex-SEALs and Ex-Delta Force, BUT I'm betting not.
Also these rules are pretty vague. We have no weapon or gear sets for these teams. We can guess at the SEALs' weaponry (M4, P226). We have no clue with the PMC they'll probably have some AR-15 variant, but no way to be sure. Also, Afghanistan is a pretty big place. Is this in Kabul, the desert, the mountains?
As for the "All Marines are trained in Knife Fighting" That doesn't mean anything, Not every Marine is an infantrymen, or a tanker, or a pilot, They are trained to be but there are dozens of Marines that spend their whole careers behind desks. Besides, Knife fighting is almost never used in actual combat, its a simple "just in case for some random reason you have no ammo in ANYTHING and the Enemy is up the same creek, You'll have a slightly better chance of not dying"
