Prison Break (scenario)

Premise

4 Villians are locked up in a maximum sercurity prison and join together to escape

Mission

Create a 4 Villian team using street level villans from marvel & DC and explain how they would successfully breakout of jail while facing Security and 4 superheros ( you can chose which two u go up against)

Rules

-Must be street level Villians

-No physical strength higher than 25 tons

-No durability above Tombstone

-No HF greater than Deadpool

-No energy control greater than Cyclops

-No Speedsters

-No Teleporting

-No Phasing

-No Reality, Time, Matter warping or control

-All members need to escape alive

-No Bloodlust

-No time limit

The Law (morals on for Heros but not Officers)

-10 Officers have Riot shields, info on every member of your team( so if you use magneto then they have plastic guns, not that u can us him though), semi automatics, flash bombs, Heats sensors, and orders to kill if needed.

-Warden... well he is pretty useless if someone wants him for a plan he is there but he will not try to stop you, he is to busy trying to explain to his wife the assistant meant nothing -.-

-The First pair is Plastic Man & Captain America

-The Second is Spider-Man(regular costume) & Black Canary

Mr. Freeze

Negative uses his powers to reverse the guard's polarity adding them to his army. Crossbones then engages Captain America with the help of the guards but really he is only trying to get Negative close enough to work his mojo. Mr. Freeze just freezes the crap out Plastic Man as that is his primary weakness. Crossbones and the Guards engage Black Canary but again this is only to get Negative close enough to work his mojo. Freeze and Cap will attack Spider-man. Freeze will focus on freezing the walls making clinging to them impossible limiting his mobility. Cap won't be fighting to win just keep him busy long enough to add Black Canary. With Black Canary on the team, she proceeds to canary cry the crap out of Spider-man enough for Negative to add him to the group.

Taskmaster

Bullseye

Corruptor takes control of the guards and orders them to kill themselves. Taskmaster takes on Cap and Canary and Bullseye go up against Plastic man just until Corruptor can get his hands on either one of them and turn them on each other. When Spider-man and Black Canary arrive any people still alive under Corruptor's control will be sent to attack them along with White Canary who takes Dinah (shes beaten her before why not now?). Taskmaster and Bullseye take Spider-man, the combination of Taskmasters skill and Bullseye's accuracy should be to much and if it isn't Corruptor can always step in and help. Or alternatively he waits for White Carney to get Black Canary into a position where she can't avoid his corruption and adds her to the ranks to fight Spidey.

If Mr. Negative has dimensional manipulation then he is not allowed, if not than congratz that was a great escape plan :D

@Monarch_Chronicle: from what I've seen he uses emotional manipulation. Nothing as fancy as dimensional.

Spellbinder calls for a guard and hypnotizes him to gather about 4 more guards.He hypnotizes 4 of them to go kill the other guards then kill themselves after their mission is complete. The single remaining guard is told to open Chameleon's team cell when the riot is over after Pete and Dinah do rounds. The guard heads to the master control center for the prison cells and that guard opens up a few sections to allow a minor prison break. Chameleon's team waits in their cells while Spider-Man and Dinah detain and recapture the prisoners. They do their rounds and leave. The last guard lets Chameleon and Daken out where Daken waits around his corner and Chameleon heads to the main control room. He kills the guard and assumes his identity. Over the guard's walkie talkie would call Black Canary to where Daken lets some pheromones off to calm her and they have Spellbinder hypnotize her to their team. Chameleon regroups and sets the rest free. Daken, Dinah and Shocker can deal with Spider-Man, Daken is superior to Spider-man in skill and was able to give him a challenge (albeit losing in the end) and with Shocker being able to tag Pete consistently, they can deal with Parker. Also Chameleon and Spellbinder can pick up some of the guards' guns and fire at Parker to provide more of a distraction if need be and Dinah of course has her Canary cry. Pete gets overwhelmed and killed, Dinah is then killed by a bullet or Daken's claws and the team goes free.

First and foremost, when encountering the prison guards, Mister X would be the first to engage them, utilizing his psychic abilities, while slowly dissecting their armor with a pair of swords found in evidence, with their helmets removed, Mister X would leap back as Phil Urich would then come into play, utilizing his lunatic laugh to incapacitate the guards and leaving them helpless, until a portion of the roof would collapse from the sonic assault, pinning the guards down, successfully immobilizing them.

Next, encountering the duo of Captain America and Plastic Man, Albert Wesker would utilize his speed to close the gap of space between himself and Cap, until he would lay a series of hard fists down upon the shield, keeping Cap busy for the moment while Mister X would engage Plastic Man, hacking away uselessly with his swords, until Plastic Man would wrap himself around Mister X, threatening to asphyxiate him, until Baron Zemo would use his agility to suddenly use his gun containing Adhesive X, spraying Plastic Man in the face, causing him to release a gasping Mister X, while Plastic Man would be left flailing and grasping at the adhesive substance around his face in an attempt to breathe. As for Captain America, eventually, Albert Wesker would prove to be too strong, and too fast, disarming Cap from his shield, and eventually knocking Cap out with a powerful cobra strike, effectively eliminating the first duo of heroes standing in the way of freedom.

Secondly, Spider-Man would prove to be a difficulty for the team, with the leader of the group; Albert Wesker, choosing to engage the wall-crawler, the two exchanging blows until Spider-Man would eventually gain an upper-hand, albeit tired from tanking shots from an augmented Wesker, it would be then that the Hobgoblin would again come into play, unleashing his lunatic laugh against both Spidey and Black Canary before Canary would have a chance to utilize her own sonics, Wesker quickly recovering, due to his healing factor, would deliver a Chikyo-Chagi axe kick that would leave an incapacitated Spidey down for the count, while meanwhile, Mister X would take advantage of Canary being effected by the lunatic laugh, putting her in a choke hold until she went limp, releasing her afterwards to crumple at his feet.

Afterwards, the team escapes the prison and go their own ways.

Joker, Deathstroke, Bullseye, Poison Ivy. Ivy uses pheromones to get the doors open and has one of the controlled guards bring her a houseplant, which then becomes a monstrosity. While Cap is getting owned by Deathstroke, Plastic Man struggles with the tentacle-vines right until the point where Joker spritzes him with Smilex. Then Bullseye plucks a thorn from Ivy's plant and sends it unerringly into Black Canary's brain while Slade and Ivy take on Spidey, and Joker just sits back, clapping his hands and giggling uncontrollably while sitting on top of a throne composed entirely of controlled guards, with the warden's face being his seat.

classic Kaine powers

Kaine possesses enhanced versions of Spider-Man's abilities. His Strength far exceeds Spider-Man's own. Kaine could fight the Scarlet Spider, Spidercide and Spider-Man to a standstill, even with the three each being capable of lifting an excess of 10 tons. Kaine's version of "spider-sense" is so acute and powerful enough that it gives him a slight glimpses into the future, it is a sort of precognitive ability. An ability only Kaine posses is "the mark of Kaine" this is his corrosive touch that he uses to scar and even kill people with. Along with the powers of Peter Parker aka Spider-Man he has many of his memories and his genius intellect like his vast knowledge of the sciences. Kane's excessive strength and lack of spider agility makes Kaine fight in a completely different way then his spider peers. The true reaches of his regeneration, have not yet been explored since after Sasha pierced his heart he was still later able to rise from the grave with a new look, it as not yet been explained if it was something mystical or if was his actual healing factor.

Yes Karate kid and iron fist are heroes but are also street levelers too. Even so Black Tarantula and classic Kaine are street leveler villains that solo. The end.

@laflux: BT and Kaine could definitely do it together but either one would have trouble soloing due to BC's sonic scream.

Mystique

Have Bullseye and Deadpool run scrimmage with the security as a distraction while Mystique uses her abilities to find Jason materials to set traps. When that's done they should regroup, between Bullseye's fingernail's and Deadpool's abilities they should be able to pick off guards at will, so they'll leave five alive and wounded for Cap and Plastic Man to tend to, the other five they loot everything. Probably a full clip of ammo for each villain plus and flash bombs and a shield for Bullseye. While the heroes approach have Mystique double back and morph into the Warden. Mystique informs the guards that the Heroes failed and Mystique disguised herself as Cap in a foolhardy attempt to get through security unnoticed. The guards might be aware of Mystique's abilities but they'll be too disoriented and exhausted. They won't notice a thing.

Meanwhile the three villains face off against Cap and Plastic Man. Ideally Jason and Deadpool will keep Cap at bay while Bulleye hits Plastic man with flash bombs to the left, right and finally dead center in his mouth. The three then make a break for it heading straight on towards the guards. When they meet Mystique will have them prepared in a narrow hallway just behind an intersection into cell blocks D and C. Right before Mystique gives the order to fire the three villains break left or right into the cell blocks leaving Cap deflecting bullets and distracted. Mystique turns her arm into a club and bludgeons the guards from behind while Deadpool and Bullseye and Jason all fight against Cap. Mystique's job is to using her shapshifting powers to turn her hands into keys and unlock some other prisoners to go and attack Cap. Naturally Captain America would whoop them but leave him off balance for a killing blow.

Five more guards to loot gives the villains just what they need. Mystique radios in as Captain America that they've cleaned up the villains and will be out shortly. Bullseye takes up a position from the roof and aims a Black Canary to avoid triggering Spidey Senses. The shot hits her in the throat killing her or taking away her power. The other three rush Spidey while Bullseye takes potshots just to unease the hero. Spider-man can take Jason, but not along with Deadpool and Mystique. Peter Parker is left unconscious and unmasked in cell block D while Mystique lets the other prisoners loose.

They go their separate ways at the gate. Mystique turns into a desert snake to avoid any suspicion. Deadpool starts walking off into the desert randomly. Bullseye calls a contact and gets picked up and Jason waits for a police car to come and investigate, he beats the officers and tosses them in the trunk.
