Prince of Persia vs Deathstroke

Prince is from the the Sands of Time. He has the King's Sword, Water Sword and the Dagger of Time. The Dagger can only be used to slow down time to put him on Deathstroke's speed level, and for attack powers, not rewinding. Prince can also change to the Dark Prince at will, who has his Daggertail. Let's assume every weapon can do damage to each other. Deathstroke gets his sword, four knives and a staff. Feats from comics for Deathstroke and any Sands of Time game for the Prince. Takes place here:

Prince can't slow down time to match another's speed. He can only slow down time to his own perception so he can react to it.

Deathstroke takes it either way.

deathstroke is the greatest tactician in the world even the prince slows down time he cant defeat him

@jsav777: I recommend giving the Prince the medallion instead, so that he can use both of his swords at once.

Either way, I back the Prince.

In WW he could use the Eye of the Storm ability to slow down the world around him. That includes the people in the world around him. For thirteen seconds at a time he could slow down Deathstroke.
