Malibu was bought up by Marvel and they proceeded to turn it in to a large steaming pile of cr!p.
Anyway, Thor for the win. I think he is stronger, more durable, has more endurance, better fight skills and the hammer affords him attack options that should be able to destroy Prime.
I dont' know about this. Prime limits of strength was never determined. I know they have him listed as lifting an entire gymnasium with little effort.

That's true but from his showings I cannot recall him pulling off strength feats that yet equalled Thor's. If he had a longer 'career' we might be able to make a better determination.
