I won't argue with the majority here as to who wins. But I do think BP deserves to be on this list. His prep skills are formidable. Good enough to take Batman on.
omniversal, second only to the Presence...to the OP, do you know anything about the character? he solos with or without prep...and I'm not even a Lucifer fan, I think Michael is way cooler

Panther HAS taken both Doom and Reed in Prep already, so clearly he is. Except Vril Dox Jr (Braniac II) is a better Prep master than his father. His Father is smarter and better at teh science, but his being better at prep is why Braniac LOST to his son. In fact Vril also out planned Querl, his machinations in REBELS worked better than those that Querl tried to pass to his predecessor.
@AtheneOwnsYou: All of them have NO POWERS... If thay had their powers, Lucifer could do it solos. But this is a nopowers match. Besides Brainiac-5 no one can't counter Reed's inteligence.
Yeah I think this would be as wacky of a battle as you're likely to find, but I think DC has more than a few members of the team that wouldn't do much good in a prep battle without their powers, because their powers are such a key factor of who they are. Meanwhile, Marvel has Reed and Doom working together, never good, and lets not forget Adam Warlock who has a very long track record of taking people down that are magnitudes more powerful than he is with good prep. I think Marvel has this.
