Scenario1-Predator has no weapons. Scenario2-Predator has weapons. Location-The South American jungles or Nostromo-The spaceship in the first Alien film.
Predator, easy. Likely comparable physical attributes, plus more intelligence and a long range plasma gun. The only way the alien wins is if it manages to ambush him, but the Predator has camouflage and hunting skills of its own, so it is more likely to go the other way.
Predator takes this, there's a reason when you play in the AVP games, the Predator is the boss and the Alien drone/warrior is cannon fodder. And Freefa11 aliens can see past the camo of preds, they don't see normally as we do, but by pheromones, that the camo doesn't supresses.
Old school alien's durability was never tested. Ash's statements regarded it as the "perfect organism", and the crew of the Nostromo never dared shoot it with a gun (less they run the risk of spraying acid on the hull)..... so we never learn if the creature is bulletproof or not, among other things.
Predator Has His Arm Bomb...So Even If He Gets His Butt Kicked And Has No Way To Win, He Takes Everything With Him. But The Odds Of Alien Kicking Predator's Butt Are Low. Predator FTW.
