- I know that Pred vs Bats was done many times, but this will be a little different

- Bats is current, he has batsuit on, but his weapons are

1) 15 batarangs

2) grapling hook

3) cryo pellets

4) tasers

5) Nightwing escrima sticks

- This is Elder Pred, his weapons

1) Throwing disc

2) Wrist blades

3) Spear

- No prep, but they know about each other abbilites and weapons, battle take place on Gotham rooftop, who wins and why?

The one that fought Arnold didn't have the smart disc or spear. He only has the Plasma Caster, wrist Blades and self destruct device IIRC.

Batman's already beaten Predator on panel. Why was this made?

OK I CHANGED IT TO ELDER PREDATOR.

Difficult fight. Batman theoretically should win, but the comic-incarnations of the Predators are extremely powerful. Batman/Predator was not canon, but it showed us how much a Predator could really damage Bruce (it nearly killed him) - Bruce needed a battle suit to take one on. An elder-predator has years of experience, and it wouldn't toy with Batman as much as other versions.

Elder Predator wins, I would argue that an Elite Hunter could give Batman a run for his money.
