They roughly have the same type of power: manipulation of whatever composed reality. I don't see Classic Molecule Man winning this, especially if it's in character.

He only has one feat hat puts him there. And I don't even like lucifer so showing those scans is pointless.

And? He still has that feat that puts him way above Lucifer, and given his type of character it is reasonable that he has that kind of power.

Most of the time post recton was mentally unstable, allowing him to lose to people much weaker than himself like Aron the watcher.

Mental unstability doesn't make his lose his power, only beliefs in his abilities, which in past only blocked him warping organic stuff. And against Aaron he still had that mental block and was also mind controlled and even then he lost only because Aaron put him in bubble with no molecules(though Owen could have gone into quantum stuff doing or E=MC2, but writers tend to forget powers), also later when Owen fights Beyonder he doesn't have that mental block and performs on trans-multiversal scale, and after that he wasn't shown to have that mental block again.

Molecule Man. I would concede that Lucifer may win if this were a battle where Lucifer had time to make a plan and brake the will of MM or manipulate him. But in a straight fight in a Random encounter, MM wins without discussion. Lucifer being smarter and having more will means nothing in this set up

I am sure I know more about molecule man than you since I have actually read a good amount of his comic appearances. His fight with the rogue watcher took place after secret wars (which is where his weakness was removed).Sure he was being controlled but his power wasn't reduced.

He even says again that it is his weakness.

I was actually talking about his post-retcon fight with Beyonder, which was also AFTER the original Secret Wars, and he didn't have that weakness there, and in later comics he didn't have that too.

He even says again that it is his weakness.

Yes, but that was before his official post-retcon 2nd fight with Beyonder, in which he warped the multiverse.

And in later comics we don't see him having that weakness, not even in Bendis' Dark Avengers.

@lord_spectrum: Just an FYI, E=MC^2 refers to Energy and matter being intrinsically the same thing, so high level matter/energy manipulators can manipulate the energy/matter respectively.

Lucifer is not freaking winning .....

The use of the word "doing" without any proper sentence cutoff threw me off, it just looks like a run away sentence that didn't end until the end of what i quoted.
