I wager Shaw would win. I'd definitely bet on his innate mutant power rather than Powerplex's reliance on technology. If either of them gets overloaded, I think it'll be Powerplex.

It will last a long while though, with them getting increasingly stronger off of the other's attacks. It's a good battle.
