power vs speed

I don't think you understand. There's nothing these people can do to Black Flash.

Juggernaut (Classic) is the only one here that stands a chance against the speedsters including Flash and The two Chaos Animals (AND Surfer) 
 
Speed vs Momentum 
Without momentum, the Speedsters would be statues. Juggernaut has the ability to steal momentum away just like Flash can steal speed away. But what makes speed. Momentum. The entire universe "speed" is built on it such as the gravitation constant of the universe. So if Flash is unable to move his limbs, he might as well be a statue. 
 
The only ones that would have the effect to alter this is probably the Chaos Emerald users, but it's ok because Juggernaut (Classic) has "Chaos" control too. He has the power to alter the universe if he wants too and he has spells that would counter act the Chaos Emeralds any way. 
 
Surfer? No problem. Take his momentum away and transform him into a tree.

I dont really see anyone stopping Surfer at all :) the only thing saving the team is perhaps the morals of Flash or surfer :)

@0markeaseo: Unless this is classic Juggernaut and there is no BFR there is little team 1 can do, to think of if even classic juggernaut would have a problem because Surfer has awesomely powerful TP.
