team 1((black adam,captain marvel,thor,wonder woman,spawn)):

Silver Surfer and Majestic on the same team lol Team 2 should win.....what version of Spawn?

What are She Hulk and Ronan doing here?

At first I saw SS and Maj on the same side and went with them, but after looking at it, it might go the other way. I see Surfer matching Thor (I think SS is better, but not so much better that he'd toast Thor and move on quickly) and Maj taking on the Shazam boys. I think he could take them both also, but not quickly. She Hulk or Ronan could take on standard Spawn, but neither one would be enough to give Mon-El the help he needs against WW so that's when team 2 would start losing. After WW takes down Mon-El and the weaker Marvel characters (Spawn should be gone by then) she can back up Thor or the Shazam boys and give them the edge they need and then when they win whoever is left from their side should be enough to overpower either Surfer or Maj. The only hope I see for team 2 is if I'm forgetting something Ronan's hammer can do that would make him useful in his fight with Mon-El against WW.

 my bad one fight SS does have the upper hand but he is amped in that fight and another its bill and Silver Surfer together vs. Thor.

i remember surfer blocking thors hammer, with ease, not to long ago, and dealing with herc at the same time

Current surfer is one shotting cancerverse thor who supposed to be thor's equal. Black adam is magic's best bet depending on which spawn this is. I'm pretty sure Mon-EL could take WW. Ronan and She-hulk could take a normal spawn. over all I give it to Surfer and Maj.

Depends what spawn they are using. But for now i think team 1 can take it but team 2 can hold a majority as well

hahaha, excuse me? Current surfer should be more then powerful enough to handel thor. He beat Brb easily, who's supposed to be thor's equal and one-shotted Thor's cancerverse counter part. which according to The worldmind is the same as 616 thor. and Majestic is super man never holding back making him plenty faster then everyone, stronger then everyone except maybe black adam, and if he has his sword he'll be able to one shot half that team. "
