Dark Phoenix Jean was stated to have power roughly on par with Galactus (when he first visited Earth). Legion seems to have pretty much every single super power. Jamie and Jim both have reality altering capabilities. Nate Grey was stated to have power on par with Phoenix, and Cable at his strongest destroyed the Silver Surfer's board. Even without the Phoenix Force Vulcan was almost able to defeat thr Shi'Ar Imperial Guard on his own. He also has shown the ability to manipulate energy in all its forms, so in theory he could destroy Stardust at the very beginning.
I will take Jean Grey (Dark Phoenix), Legion, Nate Grey (Shaman power levels), Vulcan (with Phoenix Force from What If), Cyclops (with Phoenix Force from crossover), Jamie Braddock, and Mad Jim Jaspers, Cable (at his most powerful). Looks like a perfect answer, the only problem is Phoenix is immune to reality warping so dont think any reality warpers could do much againt them, but guys like Jamie Braddock, or James Jasper would solo everyone else here, and hence your choice of Nate Grey was perferct.
Nate Grey was actually stated to be more powerful then Phoenix, and as long as its not the phoenix force itself that's fighting because the force has ability to resurrect anyone who dies and pretty much take everything anyone could throw at it, the team you have choosen would not only win but stomp!
