I don't really have to. Surfer struggles against guys like Thor. Odin stomps Thor, wages battle against guys like Surtur constantly, busted multiple galaxies as a side effect of his battles, and such.
@Susanoo: @odinforce: It thought Surfer was the new #1 hero in marvel. I know it wasn't conclusive but Thor was giving it to him. It reminds me of when Thanos fought Odin. Yeah both were standing at the end but it was clear who was gonna win.

@pooty: yeah but in the panel before thor surprised surfer, odin refused to give surfer what he wanted and surfer was about to attack him. it even looked like he wanted to draw some blood. thats why thor came in. surfer was in some sort of "battle ready" mode

but hey theres also a rumor that odin might have a crack at galactus since he has something galactus wants. ive been waiting a long time for odin vs. galactus lol. im very excited about this new thor series
@odinforce: No need for the scan. i want to read the whole thing. But Galactus vs Odin is a huge mismatch. unless Big G is hungry. which i'm sure he will be.
@Fito510: Because Surfer isn't on his level, cannot hurt him, and Odins powers are on a much higher level than Surfers.

Yes, Surfer got an upgrade, but not to high Odin/skyfather level He still wouldn't come close to taking Odin, imo. I do recall in Blood & Thunder, when SS & Thanos attacked Odin, and both there blasts did nothing to him, Odin oneshot SS, while Thanos fought himthe rest of the match.

If the rumors are, Fraction i heard is writing this. I wouldn't be surprised if he downplays Galactus or Silver Surfer or the rest of the heralds for that matter to make them contendable with the Asgardians.
