We saw so little of the last terminator in your battle royal, so it's hard to say. The last terminator didn't seem particularly fast, but it was extremely durable, more so than either Pops or Uncle Bob (I think).
If I recall correctly, machine-gun fire did absolutely zero to it, and I think the same barrage would affect the other machines.
