Pokemon Tournament - Randomized Edition

Unlike other tournaments, you don't get to select your character here. I will be using a randomized generator(This one specifically; http://randompokemon.com/) to determine who will be entering with what pokemon. Now of course, with the vast number there are, are pokemon with close to no feats as well as large numbers of pre-evolved pokemon. So, let me elaborate on how this will work;

• If said pokemon doesn't have enough feats, you are guaranteed to re-roll until one comes up with enough feats to be used.
• Pre-Evolved pokemon will automatically be bumped up to their final evolution.
• Legendaries will be allowed on the basis they aren't too strong(E.g. Palkia, Dialga, Arceus, ect..).
• If the pokemon has a mega form, i will generate a number from 1-10. 1-5 will be no mega evolution, 6-10 will be a mega evolution.

In addition to that, you will be given 1 re-roll if you don't like the pokemon you ended up with. The same rules above will apply to the newly generated pokemon.

Anime and manga feats will apply.

Pokedex entries will not be counted as valid feats unless they make sense.

Example of banned entry:

Machamp being able to throw 1,000's of mountain-level punches. That has never been seen before and makes no sense with his shown feats.

Another would be Macargo being as hot as the sun, it just is impossible.

I'm looking for as many people as would like to join, maxing around 12 at most.(The last fight will be a 3-person FFA)

@mysticmedivh: Only 1 re-roll. You get re-rolled until you get a pokemon with enough feats, after that you get 1 last re-roll if you don't like the previous choice.

Is it only one Pokemon per person? Wouldn't it make more sense to have 3 or 6?

Edit: I lied. Another question. Are we debating with the Pokemon itself or the Pokemon under a trainers rule?
