Plutonian is a reality warper who doesn't know he's a reality warper. His base stats are on Supermans level but he can literally be any level physical ability he wants but he just thinks he's just a strong guy who gets stronger the more frustrated/angry he gets when in fact he's warping reality thus there is no limit to how strong he can get. Superman and Majestic can hit him with anything they like but eventually his reality warping will just kick in and he'll tear them to pieces.
