Mr. Fantastic is one of the greatest minds in Marvel Comics. He can't shapeshift as well as Plastic can, but he's smarter and could go toe to toe with him until he figured out a way to stop him, or a weakspot of some sort.

Plastic Man has no organs or anything. He's pretty much indestructable.

The thing about Plastic Man is, he has no real weaknesses. He has no physical brain so he can't be taken over by mind control. He can't bleed. The only real weakness he has are his family. I doubt Mr.Fantastic would threaten them.

But Mr.Fantastic is way smart. If it was a "time to prepare battle" maybe he could win.

Theoretically, in a random encounter it would be a VERY hard fight for Plastic Man to win against Reed Richards, but he would do it, since he's "near indestructible." It would be a hard fight for Plastic Man due to Mr. Fantastic being a GREAT mind.

In a preparation battle...Now come one, I think we know who wins.
