I don't think the regular Asgardians have the power to stand up to an army of supermen, so I see krypton having a numbers advantage pretty quickly, if not immediately due to krypton having a highter population than Asguard. that plus kryptonian science and H'el means I vote Kryptonians.
@wyattdobbs1: I'm just going to kindly tell you that I comment whenever I please ok? I don't have to satisfy you or anyone else. Just respectfully ask me why I feel that way and I wouldn't have a problem saying it. Or you could do a better job of adding details so people wouldn't constantly ask about the conditions or context of the battle and get good answers.
Considering that Odin and presumably the Destroyer aren't here, I'm going with the Kryptonians. The reason is that most Asgardians are very physically inferior to the Kryptonians and the top tier Asgardians, Thor, Loki, Borr etc would get overwhelmed by the top tier Kryptonians, Superman, Supergirl, Zod, Faora, H'EL, and if Prime is included then that weighs even greater in the Supermen/Superwomen's favor. Plus Asgard is just plain outnumbered by a race a beings that are physically superior to them in many areas and are more diverse in capability. This is only for most Asgardians that are below Thor and Loki. The only way I would side with Asgard is if the Destroyer is present, Odin is present, or Odin's artifacts are in use (though that doesn't guarantee a win for Asgard if they are in use) If the nearby star is yellow or blue then that helps the Kryptonians even more.
Asgard. They have the magic plus all of them are warriors. Most Kyptonians aren't even military trained, they're just ordinary citizens with high stats.
New 52, all kryptonians have hand to hand and weapons training. to prove themselves worthy to wear their family crest they have to pass a series of trials, some mental the others physical, with numerous flashbacks show kara training to pass the combat trial.

I see no mention of the sun there under. And most people on Krypton are human until they go under a different sun color. Plus I see no mention if Superman, Kara, etc are here so I'll assume it's just random run off the mill Kryptonians. Being Kryptonian doesn't make you Superman+ level. Look at Supergirl, Faora and Zod all getting handled by Diana. It took years of absorbing energy for Clark to get to his levels IIRC.
In this case, unless you can verify if they're under say a yellow sun, how long they've been absorbing sunlight (Faora and Zod both started out absorbing rays and although they gained there powers quickly, they were both weak and Wonder Woman beat both and in terms of feats, well she struggled to lift Cassandra's ship) and how much prep time they have, I'm siding with Asgard. Most are trained warriors and even without Odin they still have a lot of mystical firepower on their side. Krypton is a pretty advanced society, but imo I see magic trumping science more often then not.
Top Asgardians: Bor, Thor, Loki, Amora, Angela, Executioner, Lorelei, Balder, Hermod, Heimdall, Freya, Sif, Volstagg, Fandral, Hogun and Valkyrie, Beta Ray Bill. (plus maybe the Destroyer).
Top Kryptonians: Clark, Supergirl, Power girl, Super boy, Zod, Faora, Nam ek, Jor el and H'el. (Plus Krypto).
Well if i am not counting wrong the Top Kryptonians are outnumbered, and Bor could take on four of them (including H'el). that left 5, and i am pretty sure than the top Asgardians can take them down.
Then i dont know how powerful are the average Kryptonian (i am sure they are more powerful than the average Asgardians by far... they were killed by Venom -.-) but for the people who say that average Kryptonians are better than asgardians in h2h and weapons combat, they are dead wrong... however that will not help the Asgardians if the Kryptonians are in the same league of Superboy... but i need to someone to clear that doubt.
Then in Tech... they are pretty much in the same level and if you ask me Asgardians are better... they have lots and lots of more years around the universe, and have good tech (see it in Thor vs Seth the serpent god or fear itself) they are use more blades, axes, etc. because the culture but they have really good matter.
By the way Hela is not part of Asgard she is from the realm of Hel, actually if she gets in the fight she would join the Kryptonians because YOLO.
@mjolnirson: Supposedly, Asgardian 'Average' is about on Spider-Man's level physically. (Though when Osborn told his 'Dark Avengers' that, I wanted someone in the crowd to ask how many people in that room regularly got their butt kicked by Spider-Man.)
