PirateKing's Tournament

Street Level people ....I know theres quite a few Tournys up but I am on a lot! So i can keep the matches going at a steady pace.
Rules 
Strength level nobody over 10 tons 
No speedsters  
No telepaths 
No magic users  
Limits on some characters 
No cheap powers- power steal, life absorbing, stone eye, pheromones..ect 
Elemental characters can be used but are limited- no iceman, storm..ect   
Lets see 8-16 people 
Novel and Game characters can be accepted but if to many people complain about them then they are not aloud

Dante's greatest strength feat in the game was punching through a few stones falling from the cieling and crushing a stone pillar. Since Vergil is considered equal to Dante in terms of physical stats from that one game i cant show up any 10+ ton feats to begin with, i cant say vergil can lift so much because dante did but in the fourth game nearly 10 years ahead of the story line.  and since scipio took my go to lol "

Dante's strength shouldnt go over the 10 mark as he has no feats in the game to say he does so therefore vergil shouldnt be able to either. Im only limiting to that one game feat wise since dante is older and stronger in all the others. "

 wesker if he's allowed i dont think he's above 10 tons i'd put him at about 5 at the most and his speed is only in short bursts so i dont think he's a speedster

" @PirateKing69: Dante never showed showed flight in DMC3 the ability was called air raid and it was actually more like gliding. Only in his sparda devil trigger was he able to fly if i recall correctly.  Vergil doesnt have the styles Dante does anyone , so vergil is gonna slow down time, make clones of himself or even glide or fly, he is just equal to dante physically just not necessarily the same skill levels as Vergil could be slightly better of a swordsman than dante. "

His physical abilties like if dante was punching rocks from the sky, vergil should be able to imitate it. But because is dmc3 vergil he is around 19-20 so he isnt at the level dante is when dante is older. So i cant use strength feats of dante from anyother games, just dmc3 "
