Pikon wins. He is faster and he has better intellect. Pikon stomped Cell with absolutely no effort. I think he can do the same to Bojack.

Pikon. From what was already stated above. Also didn't he fight Goku who was in SS with his Kaio-Ken on?(He could casually use x10, which would put him above SS2 Gohan.)

and Pikon stalemated Goku in the tourneys and has the most Bad a$$ theme in the series.

So now the question seems to be is pikon stronger than ss2 because that's the level that it took to kill him and I believe that the cell pikon beat wasn't super perfect cell
