Mismatch. Piccolo post Kami fusion was on par with android 17. At this point in the series People who fodderize frieza were fodder to Piccolo basically.
This is the most relevant post. Frieza was a destroyer of worlds, he's completely overshadowed by Android 17, whom Piccolo matched evenly against. Piccolo also has Regen and monstrous durability. Even with Hax turned all the way up, I doubt the naruto characters can win.

That's the most recent showing though. Plus the only real time they've been not seen by humans was DB and kinda Goku vs. Cell. There's not much evidence against and certainly not hundreds of showings.

@josephgomes619: Goku doesn't have the feats to suggest that in the saiyan saga only Vegeta has resisted anything similar to genjutsu which was Babidi's mind control but the wasn't until Buu saga.
Genjutsu can be broken by chakra disruption. Goku can simply powerup to break any genjutsu. Goku's ki control >>> any Naruto character's chakra control
Also chakra =/=Ki. All living being have ki, but not all of them have chakra unless their great grandparents ate the chakra fruit or if they eat a chakra fruit.

No More Universe Vs Universe or Character X vs Universe Threads
These types of threads are be banned. Universe vs Universe threads involve too many people or a person vs a universe could end up becoming a stomp and offer no debates at all. Like Superman Prime vs Marvel Universe. He would end up fighting some being that he wouldn't beat and if you do the universe vs universe threads it just ends up being omnipotent vs omnipotent which is also against the rules and offers no debate. This is an extension of the be careful with team battles but this is gonna be cracked down on more.

Goku was stated to have surpassed the speed of lightning directly, & he scaled an entire building before a laser that was halfway towards him could hit him.
