This is a fun and tough fight.
While Piccolo isn't the strongest of Z fighters, he's argueably the smartest fighter.
With Hulk you have.
Above class 100 unlimted strength
Highspeed Regeneration
Ability to run at speeds over 100 mph.
Extremley high durabilty.
Brawling fighting skills.
Piccolo
Above class 100 strength
Energy manipulation
Magic
Highspeed Regeneration
Body elogation
Above mach speeds superspeeds.
Ability to create multiples
Planet destroying energy blast.
High Durability
Telekinisis
Master Fighting skills
While Piccolo can bralw with Hulk it can only be for a short amount of time. This will only last so long, due to hulks rage.
Piccolo being an expert fighter will pick up on this and increase his Ki blasts power to rival those of moon to planet busters.
while Hulk can knock piccolo out and even kill him with a hard enough blow, the chances of him hitting Piccolo with his strongest kill shots are slim to none. After Piccolo takes the first punch that sends him miles away, he will know that he can't allow to many more haymakers to hit him. This will send Piccolo into overdrive in which he uses his skill and over power to erase Hulk from existance.
This fight would be a draw in the Comicbook relm, but in a nuetral setting Piccolo would beat Huk.
