I agree with this. She had the speed and the energy forms to protect her from his powers, which are all physical, and her light powers should penetrate his force field.
Not all superskrulls are the same quite a few have the fantastic four power set but not all of them do. It depends on the super skrulls power set if it's like the fantastic four than yeah photon will probably win.
Edit. Never mind I thought you were talking about any super skrull not Kl'rt. In that case photon wins.
