For whatever reason, Monica is in the DC Universe and living a quiet life as a housewife. While the kids are at school and her wonderful husband at work, she hears a loud BANG!! and a half a second later, a disgruntled superman crashes through her living room, destroying her home. Superman and The Flash have been racing around the Earth, when Clark trips over a car two blocks from Monica's home; this is what causes the accident. A chuckling Barry runs back to Metropolis, leaving The Man of Steel to deal with the problem himself. Unbeknownst to the both of them, Superman has just pissed off and extremely powerful being. A fuming Photon confronts Superman who tries to run away. She chases him and they both crash land in the Saharan Desert. A battle ensues.

During an Incursion she turned into hard light and was going to blow it up by hitting the Incursion spot at Light speed. At the last moment she saw people on the planet and couldn't do it. The Maker trapped her in a energy opaque force field.

superman can see things on a microscopic and cellular level. he can perceive and react to things quicker than light he dodge her like he dodges lasers or other ls or ftl things and again if she does try he can forcibly eject her via heat vision.
ohh if thats all she has is a statement of things superman could replicate and better idk if its enough. superman flies faster than light speed and has survived a planet exploding already.

He has never expelled anyone elses energy. Plus the solar flare leaves him exhausted. So that's not a great tactic.
Spectrum can split into multiple little Spectrums that can attack him. So while he may be able to avoid one light speed attack, I'll need proof that he can avoid multiple light speed attacks at once.
Whether she can bust a planet is a moot point. She's not going to attack him with punches etc. She'll use energy. If she gets inside of him then she can attack with any energy she likes. I've seen Superman hurt by lightning and Green Lantern attacks and other people's heat vision. Spectrum can mimic all those. And those are external attacks. If she attacks his heart or brain then he is done. As said, there is zero proof that his solar flare can expel her energy. Even if he does. He'll be weak and she can keep repeat the attack.
Finally there is no way he can hurt her. Superman can't win this fight

But Doesn't superman naturally absorb solar radiation...which is apart of the EM spectrum, she doesn't even need to go in through his eyes. Or she could just absorb the radiation from him, making him weaker through out the battle. It's not like superman can tag her anyway.

false the energy superman emits is from the external solar energy he absorbs. if he absorbs her as light he can eject her as heat vision. ejecting her and then heating her light form to extreme temps will probably kill/vaporize her shes never had to deal with this tactic and has no defense against it.
the proof he can dodge multiple ls attacks is that he can go way faster than light. trillions of times faster (he traveled from edge of galaxy in two months or beating a teleporter from jupiter to earth).... light isnt moving to him its not hard to dodge things standing still.

Those are travel feats which aren't valid in proof of reaction time. Monica has also gone mftl before superman's speed shouldn't be a problem. He's probably fastest travel wise but even then not by too big of an amount. Plus she can turn into invisible and inaudible forms of energy which would be nearly impossible to dodge.

In post 23 it shows that she can enter people's body. That's your proof. Now show proof that he can expel her energy form. Show me instead of telling me.

For arguments sake let's say he does a solar flare. Here is PROOF of what will happen to him. He will pass out. That's a loss for Supes. SPectrum wins. Now show proof why a solar flare would hurt Spectrum. Proof not words.

Well new 52 supes is not immune to absorption I think it was Ulysses that absorbed him and brought his levels down significantly. Monica can do the same then fry him when he's to weak to even stop a bullet. Monica wins

You have no evidence that he can eject light based beings from his brain. He emits storedsolar energy in the form of the flare or heat vision and monica doesnt necessarily become solar energy. Is superman able to absorb alternate radiation and convert it to solar energy? Further more even if she is ejected there is nothing that prevents her from re entering as ejecting causes zero damage. Superman would be left fatigue from constantly shooting lasers or using one solar flare and it would accomplish nothing.
Also freezing and heating is useless against light. Heating destroys matter by apply energy to molecules and causing them to vibrate changing the state of matter from liquid or solid into gas. As light is not matter and has not molecular bonds temp changes do not affect spectrum in this form
