Hulk cannot absorb the stars. Phoenix can consume galaxies. For me this is so unfair to compare and not even a fun battle.

Within galaxies are black holes and within black holes are billions of stars and our solar system is only a very small part of this galaxy. That's what the Phoenix consumes and she's invulnerable and indestructible.

Hulk has power, but Phoenix is WAY too powerful for Hulk. Phoenix is immortal and indestructible. Phoenix intensifies Jean Grey's powers (telekinesis and telepathy) by like 1000%. Phoenix could tear him apart. Literally. She could lift him in the air and rip him in half with telekinesis, not even touching him.
