This battle is planned by the two to find out who is better. The fight takes place on an unknown planet that has similar conditions with Earth. No limits, no rules except don't destroy the planet. They are not bloodlusted and jean grey is in regular Phoenix form.
Still full Phoenix though.

- go up to speeds faster than light and be able to use hyperspace
- when board is broken, he can repair or make one with ease
- full power over the Power Cosmic
- create black holes
- does not need water, air, food, or sleep
- shoots bolts of cosmic force that can destroy planets
- manipulate the universe's energy and has healing powers
Phoenix:
- telepathy
- empathy
- telekinesis
- manipulate matter and energy
- manipulate timelines
- resurrect from the dead(not sure)
- summon cosmic fire
