I don't care how much prep Darkseid has. Although it may not be canon it was in character, when he tried to control a fake Phoenix created by collective X-Mens memories and he couldn't even handle that power.

By how I mean what are they gonna do to her?

How does that mean that she loses? Jean always has morals on when in character so it's redundant to say so, unless you (not you) are just trying to keep her from going Dark Phoenix, as most people erroneously believe that Dark Phoenix is a different being. It's like saying Sabertooth bloodlusted, or Mr. Sinister morals off, they are always like that anyway, so it's not a condition that needs to be added. Jean with morals will and has killed, she just won't resort to killing unless it's absolutely needed, that is her moral code. The way people put in moral clauses on beings that usually use morals, most of them wouldn't fight to begin with. A person with morals so high they won't kill, wouldn't even engage in a violent fight that may end in death to begin with. She's not Gandi, and none of these guys are even human, one is robot, another an experiment and then a dark god. I doubt her morals to kill humans will kick in, she will see them as monsters, and that's when she will kill even humans like she did in X-Factor or when she killed that Morlock, or when she woke up and decided Maddie had to die.

I ask how, because I really want to know what people think as far as the fight, her not killing does not mean they win. She can do plenty of non-lethal things with the Phoenix.

There are several versions of Phoenix with rising power level. First came the green phoenix, then dark phoenix, and finally the current incarnation is White Phoenix of the Crown. As white Phoenix of the Crown Jean essentially has full access to the true power of the phoenix force, the fire of creation itself. And as such its extremely hard to even hurt Phoenix once the ascension is complete, she can of course killed and KOed before she turns into phoenix. Not only can White Phoenix of the Crown erase people from existence willy-nilly it has in one occasion held the entire universe on his hand. As such i dont think team is anywhere close to as powerful as WPOTC. White Phoenix of the Crown is too powerful and too versatile, as well as way too durable, for the team to win.

Also on an unrelated, just as a small demonstration, Phoenix force as dark phoenix has beaten Galactus twice and the reason galactus gave was his powers are limited and need replenishment while her's is unlimited. Wouldnt you agree someone like Galactus, even holding back massively, would easily beat the team?

The morals doesnt do much help to the team either because barring a major PIS nothing short of DS full powered Omega blast is even going to harm Phoenix.

Unless otherwise stated it is the most recent version, and for Jean the most recent version of Phoenix is the White Phoenix of the Crown.

it doesn't have to say it. If there are multiple versions of a character and the OP does not specify which is being used, the current one is used by default. Not that it would really matter anyway. What exactly are they gonna do without PIS/CIS?WIS?

Necrom can absorb a power that was the consolidation of power across the "omniverse", when he tried to absorb the piece of the Phoenix Rachel had it destroyed him. The power has a bit of sentience and White Phoenix can give and take it away. She allowed Vulcan to absorb all the Phoenix in the White Hot Room and simply cut him off when she was ready to. She removed the Phoenix from Rachel, Korvus and The Cuckoos and there was nothing they could do about it. When Emma had the Phoenix, she just took it out of her. I don't see how the Majesty of the White Crown loses here..she casually erased an entire reality and held a universe in her hand.. without even realizing she was doing it..just imagine what this biotch can do when she really put her mind to it.. to her this team is nothing but atoms and molecules.. something that can be molded into her will... The white crown stomps them. it's as simple as that.. any other version loses though (in my opinion)

Not really, her power over it is absolute, there wouldn't be a battle, he tries to take it and she just wouldn't let him. It wouldn't leave her open to attack either. It's not just some energy she controls when she is White Phoenix, she is the Phoenix. She could allow him to take her power and fry him from the inside, because in this form she is her power, no separation. Nothing he has will is really useful.

Phoenix is too much for team. She destroys Amazo, and DD ( BFRs him if he comes back) and Darkseid BoomTubes away.
